Integral to the business of corrosion prevention is the industry's commitment to the principles of sustainable development. In 2002, members of the AGA adopted its sustainability charter as part of a long-term action plan to bring the industry's activities more into harmony with the principles of sustainability. A set of measurable criteria have been identified to assist AGA member companies with the implementation of the charter.
